Like most people in fitness, I started by following the traditional playbook - heavy lifting, bodybuilding splits, chase the aesthetics. I was fit. But I was also stiff, picking up niggles, and coaching clients who were getting stronger in the gym but struggling to move freely outside of it.

I knew something was missing.

After completing my First Class Honours BSc in Sports Science and going deeper into corrective exercise and movement science, I redesigned everything. The result is the Body Strength & Mobility method - a training philosophy that builds the body you want and the movement quality that makes real life feel effortless.
